What you will be doing

• Leadership and coaching: You inspire, motivate and develop your team.

• Operational management: You ensure an optimal flow of goods and tackle daily challenges.

• Warehouse management: You optimize processes with our logistics service providers (including in France, Moergestel and Biest-Houtakker), manage stock and take care of the administration in Afas.

• Transport purchasing: You negotiate with transporters (mainly within Europe) and optimize costs and delivery reliability.

• Order processing: You ensure accurate and efficient order processing, from order receipt to invoicing, including processing orders in external systems and creating export documents.

• Collaboration: You actively interact with purchasing, sales and brewers to successfully handle orders and transport.

• Process optimization: You analyze processes, identify areas for improvement and implement them.

• Stock management: You carry out weekly and monthly stock checks and resolve any discrepancies.
